Dare # 21

I hope everyone is feeling good about themselves after completing last weeks dare. There are times to remember the good qualities about yourself because normally we just focus on the negative.

Here is your dare this week:
Dare # 21

Watch a sport on the Olympics that you normally wouldn't. I usually always end up watching the hockey games but this week I'm going to try to watch something I wouldn't normally watch like, speed skating or bobsledding!

Have a great week!

  1. I never really watched the Olympics at all - maybe figure skating cuz i like the outfits and the music they danced too but now I dont even watch that. However, this year, I really got into the snowboard cross or whatever it's called and i really enjoy watching the luge and skeleton, even though I think those people have a death wish...and I watched a bit of the hockey game last night in between Amazing Race...now the question, would I watch an Olympic event if Ricky wasn't home and wasn't already tuned into it?? Mmm...well yes, I did have it on Saturday while he was at the camp and I believe it some sort of skiing event!

  2. I was all set to watch the olympics last night since we had nothing going on but then ended up going to bed at 6:30...so maybe today I'll try again.

I think it will be hard to not catch a glimpse of something on the olympics being that is pretty much the only thing that is on T.V lately! ha ha

  3. I LOVE the Oympics - and I love watching almost all the sports - many of which I only get to see once every four years, so it's cool! Love watching the snowboard and ski cross, the ski jumping, moguls, of course the hockey, speed skating (Reaaaaady?), bobsledding, curling, but my personal favourite so far this year has been the Skeleton! (I soooo think I can do that - it looks like fun!) The one I haven't paid much attention to - mainly because it seems to be on later at night - is the figure skating, which I usually enjoy watching. In any case - that's what the TV is on every night, with the exception of an hour for Y&R! lol
